在台北的餐飲設計中，《謙・一名鍋》是一個以細膩燈光語彙詮釋溫度與情感的空間案例。作為整體照明與氛圍構築的燈光設計團隊，我們希望將火鍋餐廳常見的強烈光線與視覺刺激，轉化為柔和而具層次的光環境，讓賓客在用餐過程中感受到被光線溫柔包圍的體驗。
我們刻意捨棄過多的直射光，改以裝飾性、微弱的點狀光源為主，搭配角度精準的投射燈，突出桌面上新鮮的食材色澤，讓餐桌成為視覺焦點。這樣的照明策略，不僅強調料理本身的質感，也減少了視覺壓力，使空間整體呈現出柔和而沈靜的氛圍。光線輕輕流動，映襯著用餐者的互動與笑聲，氣氛因此顯得自然且舒適。
空間的圍塑以低矮尺度的光源為主軸，與木質、石材等自然材質構成的餐飲環境相呼應。這樣的設計方向，不僅呼應台北人對「溫暖細節」的生活偏好，也讓每一位走進《謙・一名鍋》的客人，能在繁忙都市的節奏中，找到片刻的放鬆與安定。透過燈光的明暗層次，我們讓餐桌的親密距離被強調，人與人之間的互動更顯真實而溫馨。
對我們而言，餐飲空間燈光設計不只是照明，更是一種情緒的設計。它連結建築、料理與情感，使燈光成為一種能帶來「在家放鬆感」的媒介。當賓客於此談笑風生、共享食材香氣與熱氣之間流動的光影時，溫柔的燈光正成為他們記憶中最溫暖的片段。
《謙・一名鍋》的照明設計案例展現了台北當代餐飲空間的另一種可能——藉由細膩光線的控制與空間氛圍的統一，讓燈光不僅服務於功能，更成為體驗的一部分。這樣的光線設計語彙，也代表著我們對都市生活品質與情感連結的持續探索。

Qian’an He · Yi Ming Guo: Gentle Lighting Design in Taipei Dining
In Taipei’s dining design landscape, Qian’an He · Yi Ming Guo stands as a spatial case study that interprets temperature and emotion through nuanced lighting vocabulary. As the lighting design team responsible for overall illumination and atmosphere construction, we aimed to transform the intense lighting and visual stimulation typical of hot pot restaurants into a soft, layered light environment. This allows guests to feel gently enveloped by light during their meal.
We deliberately avoided excessive direct lighting, opting instead for decorative, subtle point light sources paired with precisely angled accent lights. These highlight the fresh colors of ingredients on the table, making the dining surface the visual focal point. This lighting strategy not only emphasizes the texture of the cuisine but also reduces visual strain, creating a soft and serene overall ambiance. Light flows gently, mirroring the interactions and laughter of diners, resulting in a naturally comfortable atmosphere.
The spatial enclosure revolves around low-height light sources, harmonizing with the natural materials like wood and stone that define the dining environment. This design direction resonates with Taipei residents’ preference for “warm details” in daily life. It enables every guest entering Qian’an He · Yi Ming Guo to find moments of relaxation and stability amid the bustling urban rhythm. Through variations in light and shadow, we emphasize the intimate proximity of the table, making interpersonal interactions feel more authentic and heartfelt.
To us, lighting design for dining spaces is more than mere illumination—it’s an emotional craft. It connects architecture, cuisine, and sentiment, positioning light as a medium that evokes a “relaxed at-home” sensation. As guests chat animatedly, sharing the aromas and steam of ingredients amid flowing light and shadow, this gentle lighting becomes the warmest fragment in their memories.
The lighting design case of Qian’an He · Yi Ming Guo reveals an alternative possibility for contemporary Taipei dining spaces—through meticulous control of delicate light and unified spatial ambiance, light serves not just functionality but becomes integral to the experience. This lighting lexicon also embodies our ongoing exploration of urban quality of life and emotional connections.
