這個案子的核心特質在於「陽光」與「四面開放的景觀」。建築被光包圍，也因此在照明設計上，我們選擇將白天與夜間的光環境分開思考。白天，我們希望自然光主導整個空間的節奏。為了維持外部視線能夠穿透室內，多數人工光源被隱藏於牆體與結構縫隙之中，透過反射與漫射的手法，讓光線看似不存在，卻能柔和地調節室內的明暗層次。這樣的處理使空間在日照下仍保有視覺深度及通透感。
入夜後，照明轉變為空間主角。原本看似純粹的牆體，透過內部的發光結構成為「光的立面」。我們以低亮度、高顯色性的LED光源均勻投射於織布層背後，讓牆體的布質紋理在透光後呈現柔和的光影質感。這樣的處理讓建築於夜間由外向內觀看時，彷彿化身為一個溫潤的光盒，不刺眼、不炫光，而是以一種溫柔的光暈勾勒出空間的形態，並製造另一種意外的驚喜。
對設計團隊而言，這樣的照明策略不只是技術演算，更是一種對光行為的觀察與詮釋——從日光的折射、反射到夜間光的釋放，讓空間在時間流動中展現兩種截然不同的表情，同時維持建築與光的完整對話。
The defining characteristics of this project lie in its abundant sunlight and panoramic views from all sides. The architecture is enveloped by light, prompting a lighting design approach that distinguishes between daytime and nighttime environments. During the day, the space is orchestrated primarily by natural light. To maintain visual permeability from the exterior into the interior, most artificial light sources are concealed within wall cavities and structural joints. Through reflection and diffusion techniques, light appears almost invisible, yet it subtly shapes the gradients of brightness within the space. This treatment preserves both visual depth and transparency under daylight conditions.
As night falls, lighting becomes the protagonist of the space. What once appeared as a pure wall transforms into a luminous façade through its internal lighting structure. Low-intensity, high-color-rendering LED sources are evenly projected behind textile layers, allowing the fabric’s texture to reveal a gentle interplay of light and shadow when illuminated. At night, the building transforms into a soft glowing light box—neither glaring nor dazzling—outlined by a tender halo that defines the architecture’s form and creates an unexpected sense of serenity and surprise.
For the design team, this lighting concept is not merely a technical exercise but an exploration of light’s behavior and emotion—from the refraction and reflection of daylight to the release of light at night. The space expresses two distinct identities over time, sustaining a continuous dialogue between architecture and illumination.
