中醫診所設計，從安心的空間感受開始
中醫重視調養身心，我們也將這份關懷延伸至空間。不以均勻明亮的白光作為唯一選擇，而是依照各區使用情境，規劃照度、光色與明暗層次，讓醫療所需的清晰視野，與患者期待的安定氛圍並存。
自然材質搭配柔和光線，讓診所保有專業形象，也減少冷硬的視覺感受，使患者從踏入空間開始，就能慢慢轉換心情。
候診區到診療區，建立有層次的照明
候診區以溫潤光色迎接來訪者，營造平靜的等候氛圍；進入診療區後，則依診療床位置、患者躺臥視角與醫師工作範圍配置燈光。
設計重點不只是選擇暖光，更包括控制眩光、避免光源直接進入患者視線，以及平衡環境照明與局部照明，讓休息與診療各有合適的光環境。
兼顧患者舒適與醫師操作需求
醫療空間不能只追求氣氛。我們將醫師觀察、操作與溝通的需求納入規劃，在關鍵位置提供清楚的照明，同時保留周圍環境的柔和層次，避免為了放鬆而犧牲工作視野。

Designed around comfort and relaxation, this Taipei clinic brings together natural materials, warm light, and thoughtfully zoned illumination to create an environment that feels both professional and welcoming. Lighting does more than illuminate the clinic—it connects the patient experience across waiting, consultation, and treatment.
Creating a Sense of Ease Through Spatial Design
Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes care for both body and mind. Our design carries this philosophy into the physical environment. Rather than relying solely on uniformly bright, cool-white lighting, we tailored light levels, colour temperature, and visual contrast to the activities in each area, balancing clinical visibility with a reassuring atmosphere.
Natural materials paired with soft illumination maintain a professional character while reducing the visual austerity often associated with medical settings. From the moment patients enter, the space invites them to settle in and feel at ease.
Layered Lighting, from Waiting Areas to Treatment Spaces
Warm lighting creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere in the waiting area. In the treatment spaces, lighting is carefully positioned around the treatment beds, patients’ reclined sightlines, and practitioners’ working areas.
The approach goes beyond choosing warm light. It also considers glare control, shielding light sources from patients’ direct view, and balancing ambient and task lighting—giving both rest and treatment an appropriate visual setting.
Balancing Patient Comfort with Clinical Needs
Atmosphere alone is not enough in a healthcare environment. Our lighting design also addresses practitioners’ needs for observation, procedures, and communication.
Focused illumination provides clear visibility where it matters, while softer surrounding light preserves a comfortable atmosphere. The result is a considered balance: a restful environment for patients without compromising the practitioner’s working view.
Making Lighting Part of the Clinic’s Identity
